Bill Mayer

Bill came to The Benefits Consulting Group in 2007 with over a decade of experience in the pension industry. As an ASPPA Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and attorney , he works with both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans, including ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance. Bill has represented employers during audits by The U.S. Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Mayer earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. He is a current member of the ASPPA Reporting and Disclosure Sub Committee.
